Hire:
All Prices Shown Are Subject to Change Without Notice
- The customer accepts all responsibility for the hire of the equipment from the time of delivery until the time of collection.
- Any breakages or damages must be paid for in full as must any tears, irremovable stains or burn marks on linen. Linen must not be packed wet as this will lead to mould and the hirer will be charged for damaged cloths.
- Delivery is to ground floor level clear access, unless previous arrangements have been made.

50% deposit is payable upon placing order and remain balance paid before delivery.

Identification i.e passport or driving licence and utility bill of company premises required

Storage box's supplied to deliver items most be returned with order in same condtion, any losses or damages for theese containers will be chargeable.

VAT at the current rate of 20% is chargeable
Price:
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT at the prevailing rate. The full purchase price will be shown prior to completion of each item, and in total for each order.

Validity of Quotation
No purported variation of these terms shall constitute a contract until accepted in writing by The Company. The company reserves the right to refuse any order, including subsequent to the sending of an order acknowledgement email.
Prices quoted by The Company are firm for 30 days only or until previously withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of any applicable value added tax, for which the customer shall be additionally liable to The Company. The Company shall be entitled to increase such prices by any increase in costs between the date of order and delivery.
Delivery - time & charges:
We aim to despatch goods within 2 working days from receipt of your confirmed order. We will do everything within our control to meet this time, however, we are governed by delivery promises made to us and from time to time we may not be able to maintain our usual order delivery time. In these circumstances we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
We do not accept any liability whatsoever if delivery dates/periods are not met for any reason.
Delivery (including P&P) charges will vary depending upon the item(s) being purchased. In many instances the cost will be displayed for you at the time you make your purchase. Where indicated you will need to contact us to discuss delivery charges - 01656 654003.
Non delivery of goods - must be notified to us within 24 hours and confirmed in writing within 5 working days.
We cannot be held responsible for any further delivery of customs charges incurred once the goods have left our premises.
Where deliveries are made and there is no sign for it we reserve the right to charge delivery again.
Warranty:
Unless otherwise stated, all items supplied are covered by at least 12 months warranty from the date of delivery; this is based on the item having been delivered free from defects in materials and workmanship, in accordance with the manufacturers warranty. Our obligation in the event of a breach of this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective goods, warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- Claims covering receipt of damaged goods must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please note that when you sign your delivery note you are signing for goods received in good condition - if there is any sign of damage whatsoever you must state this on the delivery note AND THEN CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY - 01656 654003
- Customer misuse and abuse is not covered by warranty; charges will be made for service and repairs made to equipment misused and/or abused. This applies to equipment that has not been properly maintained or cleaned/descaled as recommended in the manufacturers operation and maintenance booklet supplied with the equipment.
Returns Policy:
- The customer has the right to cancel any order within 24 hours following receipt of the goods, however they shall be responsible for the cost of returning the items in all original packaging. It must be unused, and complete with instruction and owner manuals.
- Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, the repayment (less any deductions agreed and advised) will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation.
Note:
If goods were supplied to you by special order and are not currently displayed on our website they will not be accepted as a return unless they have been received (and signed for) as damaged on delivery.
- We reserve the right to levy a 25% restocking charge for refused deliveries of correctly supplied goods.
- If goods have been supplied correctly but are not required and it has been more than 24 hours after receipt then you (the purchaser) will be responsible for any carriage charge to return those goods.

Payments are accepted on most major credit & debit cards through our secure server.
We do not accept American Express.

Confirmation of your Order:
An order acknowledgement will be returned to you automatically as soon as your order is received and processed. Your order acknowledgement will provide a full description of the goods purchased, price & VAT amount.

Liability:
Catering Equip Shop (M&M Catering) accepts no liability for any claims resulting from, but not exclusively: late delivery, failed delivery, equipment breakdown or intermittent malfunction. This includes direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, whether arising from loss of revenue or loss of profits. Our liability extends only to the repair or replacement of the equipment item, in conjunction with and by agreement with the manufacturer.
Omissions and errors accepted.
Your Statutory Rights:
All goods sold comply with applicable legislation and customers are reminded that their statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
